We went to potters field to see the supposed Piet Oudolf scheme after listening to Duncan Oudulf's influence on the site was minimal. There are certain issues within the site like under the trees the planting has just died (to be expiated but no contingency plan put in place) and also the hideous blue psu stuck in the middle of one of the beds and not covered by anything thing or screened in any other way. 

I get the strong sense that the planting was a real afterthought to the site especially after hearing how the scheme was implemented with the plants being left unplanted and unwatered across a hot long bank holiday weekend (not good)
